Job Description
Ns Violet, located in Gulshan, Karachi, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to support our operations and assist junior staff. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
This full-time position requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, with preference given to graduates, and is open to male applicants. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing schedules, preparing documents, organizing communications, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Proficiency in DocuSign, strong organizational skills, excellent phone manners, and familiarity with QuickBooks are essential. The salary for this role ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month.
