We’re currently seeking a meticulous Personal Assistant to support the Chairman of our esteemed organization, Qandhari Group of Companies. The successful candidate will be tasked with efficiently managing the Chairman’s schedule, handling communications, and coordinating travel arrangements. A key responsibility involves maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the smooth execution of both personal and professional tasks.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, showcasing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in communication. Proficiency in MS Office and discretion in handling sensitive information are crucial. The ability to work independently and anticipate the Chairman’s needs is highly valued.
