Job Description
As an Executive Assistant at SIAR Digital, your responsibilities include managing calendars, arranging travel, and coordinating the executive’s schedule. To be successful, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to work independently.
Your role is crucial in contributing to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the executive’s schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Information Management: Manage and organize confidential information with discretion.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Prioritization: Anticipate needs and manage priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide additional support as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
