Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary to join our team and provide exceptional support to our Executive Director. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and anticipating needs.
Salary Range: PKR 70,00 – PKR 110,00 / month (depending on profile and assessments)
Role Description:
- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a central point of contact, effectively handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
- Proactively anticipate the Executive Director’s needs and provide solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive secretary in a large corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
