Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary at Arya Enterprises in Karachi Division. Responsibilities include personal assistance, clerical tasks, executive administrative support, and communication duties.

Qualifications

  • Personal and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Clerical and Administrative Assistance capabilities
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
  • Preferred experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
