ExpertLogic (SMC-Private) Limited is a digital creative studio that specializes in creating custom digital design, websites, apps, software development, SEO, Photography, Video Animation, and brand identities. Our focus is to help our clients maintain their competitive advantage online. We are located in the Karachi Division.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Personal Secretary role. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for providing clerical and executive administrative assistance. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for communication and administrative assistance.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Administrative Assistance skills
- Clerical Skills such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and bookkeeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and be discreet
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Background in office administration is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
