Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with regulations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
- Monitor inventory levels, order medications, and ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to prescriptions or services.
- Work closely with healthcare providers, insurers, and regulatory bodies to optimize patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field. A PharmD qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical or retail industry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
