Job Description
Location: Fairways commercial, DHA phase 6, Lahore
Schedule: 6 days/week, Evening & night shifts
Work mode: Retail & sales role in a Pharmacy
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should be detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and have a passion for healthcare and helping people. A professional demeanor, along with a friendly and empathetic approach towards customers, is essential.
Responsibilities: Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, provide information to customers about medications and health products, manage inventory levels and stock displays, handle cash and sales transactions, maintain a clean and organized sales area, and stay informed about new products and healthcare trends.
Requirements: Great customer service and sales skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, good understanding of pharmacology and pharmacy regulations, experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
Experience: 3-6 years of related experience in retail or pharmaceutical sales, with a clear understanding of pharmacy operations and customer service.
Skills: Proficiency in pharmacy and sales software, strong inventory management abilities, excellent planning and organizational skills, capability to execute suggestive selling techniques effectively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, pharmacology, or related field preferred. Certifications or training in pharmacy technology or retail sales advantageous.
