Job Description
PrimeHR is seeking a motivated Phone Banking Officer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing detailed product and service information, and assisting customers with account-related issues. Additionally, you will offer light technical support and engage in sales activities by promoting our company’s offerings to prospective clients.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (B.Com) is required.
