Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 – 5 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in Oil & Gas / Public Sector (In Downstream) preferred.
- Prepare welding procedures for all Transmission pipeline sizes.
- Prepare pipeline repair scope of work and engineering estimates.
- Understand welding codes and standards.
- Conduct quality checks and analyze welding defects.
- Familiar with latest pipeline repair and maintenance techniques.
- Perform pipeline leak rectification with safety in mind.
- Create maintenance capex and revenue budgets.
- Manage maintenance workshop and ensure all equipment functions properly.
- Generate periodic reports for management.
- Other tasks as assigned.
