Job description:
We are looking for a Planning and Contracts Manager/Deputy Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience in the Construction & contracting firm, based in Johar Town, Lahore.
Specifications:
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Primavera.
- 9 am to 6 pm timing with 1-hour break (Alternate Saturdays Off).
Skill:
- Planning and project management skills.
- Strong multitasking and analytical skills.
- Software skills in Visio, PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
JDs:
- Prepare budgeted man-hours, work schedules, and project budgets.
- Monitoring project progress and financial plan.
- Prepare EOT & Cost Claim reports.
Industry: Construction
