Job Description
Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Planning & Performance Management Analyst to join our team in the Oil and Energy sector in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include developing financial planning processes, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with teams to support financial strategies. Responsibilities:
- Develop financial planning processes aligned with corporate objectives
- Analyze and consolidate financial data for reporting
- Conduct variance analysis for insights
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Track performance metrics and KPIs
- Create presentations for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 8+ years experience in financial analysis, ideally in Oil and Gas
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting
- Collaborative and skilled in prioritizing tasks
- Knowledge of financial software and tools
