Job Description

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead our detergent-based plant.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and visionary Plant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our detergent manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in detergent production, and a proven track record in managing manufacturing processes efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce production costs.
- Supervise and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and safety awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality control, and logistics to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and equipment maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, implementing best practices and technological advancements in detergent production.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a managerial role within a detergent manufacturing plant or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of detergent production processes, equipment, and quality control measures.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
