Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager at Latifia Dairies. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations, managing production planning, and ensuring efficient manufacturing operations. The role will require strong leadership and problem-solving skills to optimize plant performance and ensure the highest product quality.
Qualifications
- Plant Management and Operations Management skills
- Experience in Plant Operations and Manufacturing Operations
- Strong knowledge of production planning and optimization
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in the dairy or food manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
