Job Description
A Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations and activities in a manufacturing plant. This position requires extensive knowledge and experience in production management, process optimization, and team leadership. As a Plant Manager, your main responsibilities include coordinating and supervising the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
