Next Level HR is immediately hiring for the position of Plant Manager on behalf of a leading and prestigious Auto Parts manufacturing business. The role will be based at Bin Qasim – Karachi.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee manufacturing and production processes
  • Ensure production goals, quality standards, and operational efficiency are met
  • Manage staff, implement safety protocols, and collaborate with various departments
  • Develop and implement production schedules
  • Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team
  • Recruit, train, and supervise plant staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols
  • Develop and manage the plant budget
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting the industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in plant management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
