Job Description
The PMO Coordinator supports the Project Management Office in the administration, tracking, and reporting of project activities to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Location: Gatronova Head Office, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and documentation for multiple projects.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Organize PMO meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Maintain the project management tool and ensure data accuracy.
- Support project managers in issue resolution and risk management.

- Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Relevant Experience: 1-2 years
