Job Description

Introduction:

The Population Council under Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) funded DAFPAK programme is looking for three Population Research & Data Analysts in Lahore. These positions will support the establishment of a delivery unit for monitoring the UHC roadmap at the P&SHD of Punjab.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work on UHC Services Coverage Index, focusing on Family planning.
  • Coordinate with the UHC team to align the roadmap with health sector priorities.
  • Liaise with Data Governance team for data quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with government departments for UHC-population activities.
  • Support evidence-based decision-making and provide regular updates.
  • Attend quarterly learning sessions in Islamabad and perform tasks related to the Population Roadmap.

Qualifications/Key Expertise:

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in relevant fields with 2-7 years of experience in health organizations. Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SPSS, STATA) and presentation skills in PowerPoint are required.
