Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Lead to join our team at Qualitest Group in India. In this pivotal role, you will manage a large portfolio throughout its lifecycle, lead project reviews, and optimize standards. You will be responsible for mentoring colleagues, defining KPIs, and creating a roadmap for company operations.
Your key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day activities, analyzing deliverables and costs, facilitating project reviews, producing performance reports, and addressing issues that may impact success. Strong communication skills and a proven track record in test management (10+ years) are essential, along with experience leading teams of approximately 100 members.
