Job Description

Ibex, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Senior API Support Analyst to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for new integrations
  • Onboard new partners to the existing API platform
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of the knowledge base
  • Handle system configuration following client’s directives
  • Supervise ticketing systems like Salesforce and Jira
  • Communicate API capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Monitor and rectify issues in API platforms and other systems
  • Address concerns for internal clients and external partners professionally
  • Manage client expectations and escalate issues when needed

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
  2. Good communication skills
  3. 1-3 years experience in API onboarding and support
  4. Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Postman
  5. Ability to troubleshoot API integration issues
  6. Comfortable working in APAC Time zone
