We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a PR and Events Coordinator Trainee. This entry-level position focuses on coordinating invitations for guests and managing arrangements for our expos held in various cities.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic PR plans to promote our expos.

2. Coordinate the invitation process for guests, including VIPs & industry professionals.

3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and potential partners.

6. Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and ensure a positive experience for attendees.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content for the expos.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in related field.

2. Strong organizational and project management skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and work under tight deadlines.

6. Willingness to travel to different cities for expo arrangements.
