Role Description
We are seeking a PR and Marketing Manager to join our team located in Islamabad, with flexibility for some remote work. This is a full-time hybrid role. The PR and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and PR strategies that support our business goals. She will also be hosting our Youtube Channel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and PR, preferably in the real estate or related industry
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to identify and articulate key messages, and to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, design, and engineering
- Experience with marketing automation software is a plus
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to marketing and PR
