Job Purpose: The purpose of this job is to effectively manage and enhance the company’s presence on social media platforms, aligning strategies with brand objectives and target audience. This role involves creating engaging content, managing community interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize social media and PR efforts. The ultimate goal is to build and maintain a positive brand image, drive engagement, and contribute to the company’s overall marketing success.

Qualification: minimum a Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant degree

• Proficiency in many social media platforms, content creation, and analytics
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience: minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
• Content Management: In liaison with the creative team, develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms including copywriting for posts and manage the social media calendar.
• Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster positive interactions with our audience.
• PR Campaigns: Build relationships with bloggers and influencers. Plan and execute PR campaigns to generate positive coverage and enhance brand perception.
• Coordination: Coordinate with Marketing Team and Creative team to get content developed.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media and PR metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
