Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides technical direction for client engagement from definition to implementation.
- Gathers business requirements of enterprise customers and works with Sales Team.
- Applies industry knowledge to improve service, manages technical risks, and produces sales proposals.
- Scopes technical solutions for channel partners, supports sales processes, and provides management information.
- Designs VoIP, CRM solutions for clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong command over telecom technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
