Job Description
A Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team during the pre-sales process.
As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing technical solutions, and delivering presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that the proposed solutions align with customer requirements.
In this role, strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. You should have a deep understanding of our products and be able to effectively convey their benefits to potential customers. Additionally, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a proven track record in technical sales or engineering. Experience with software and technology solutions is highly desired.
