Job Description
Experience: 2+ yrs
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team to ensure a thorough understanding of client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the client’s industry and business challenges.
- Showcase key features and benefits of the software solutions to address client pain points.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Create solution proposals that align with client objectives and provide maximum value.
- Develop and execute proof of concepts to demonstrate the practical application of the software.
- Analyze and present results to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring confidence in the proposed solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to respond to client inquiries, RFPs, and technical requirements.
- Provide technical input for pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing technical queries and concerns.
