Job Description
Al-Abbas Fabrics (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a skilled Process Control Analyst to maintain textile production accuracy and quality through process control standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform activities according to given standards and procedures.
- Test water hardness in the process.
- Control parameters based on standard methods.
- Coordinate with R & D for re-testing and address production issues.
- Report idle time during shifts.
- Identify and address production machine maintenance issues.
- Train and motivate operators.
- Ensure efficient cutting of shade samples to reduce wastage.
- Hold lots with incomplete/wrong information for correction.
Qualifications/Skills
- D.A.E (Textile) or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Science preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a laboratory environment.
- Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
