Job Description
Ibex is seeking a Process Coordinator to support the Interconnection team. Responsibilities include data entry tasks, project assistance, and ensuring information parity between systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. EST time zone will be followed.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure timely and consistent data entry.
- Collaborate with the team on process documentation.
- Identify and correct errors promptly.
- Support special projects.
- Prepare Monthly Billing reports.
- Assist in process improvement implementation.
- Maintain business documentation.
- Verify billing reports.
- Manage onboarding requests.
- Act as a liaison between product and development.
- Create UAT test cases.
- Monitor Jira tickets.
- Gather information for new 3rd party sites.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree.
- Familiarity with SalesForce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Follow documented procedures.
- Proven task ownership.
