Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Process Engineer at Pakistan Wire Industries Pvt Ltd in Karāchi. As a Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing operational processes within our organization. You will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, implementing efficiency measures, and ensuring streamlined workflows across various departments. By leveraging your analytical skills and engineering expertise, you will contribute to driving operational excellence and change management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for process optimization.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate operational issues and conduct root cause analysis to address underlying problems.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including production, supply chain, quality assurance, and engineering, to streamline workflows and improve collaboration.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of operational processes.
Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 6-12 months experience in a similar role in a manufacturing firm (fresh engineers can also apply)
- Expertise in MS Excel & Power BI (Prefered)
