Department: Supply Chain Operations

Principle Accountabilities:
- Analyze Existing Processes: Identify wastes and areas for improvement.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing Tools for Process Optimization.
- Design Improvement Strategies to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
- Facilitate Change Management Initiatives with minimal disruption.
- Cross-functional Collaboration for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and Evaluate changes for effectiveness.
- Implement CI ideas and provide training and support.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
Job Specifications Experience and Qualification:
- 3-4 years of experience.
- Bachelors in Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering.
