Job Description
Qualification & Experience:
- Masters in Food Technology or (Chemistry) with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Detailed Knowledge of Statistical Quality Control, QMS 9001 (Halal), ISO 17025 & PSQCA.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversees effective implementation and assurance on daily basis of food production, legal compliance, quality, food safety, area & plant GMP from RMS to FGS with complete documentation/data recording as per ISO Requirements.
- Develop and implement the CRQS Level I & II System on line for the sake of statistical process quality control.
- Monitor database on daily basis to assess risk factor and defines frequency of plan execution per shift in order to ensure maximum traceability of any defect along with corrective & preventive measures.
- Conduct floor visits to observe compliance of sampling, inspection testing plan against approved SOP/WI & Standards.
- Assure 100% compliance of line clearance/FOH from one product to another to rectify any kind of cross contamination of allergens and ingredients etc.
- Ensure infrastructure and machinery health according to standards; Monitor production lines to highlight issues in case of non-compliance for timely rectification via corrective & preventive approach.
- Conduct gap analysis on daily basis with respect to food safety hazards, corrective & preventive measures action taken for safe & quality product packaging.
- Ensure CQA Study is being performed on quarterly basis, share reports with management and brand team to discuss opportunity areas and drive continuous improvement, implementation & action plan.
