Job Description
- Document Control:
- Implement and maintain efficient document control systems.
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies and procedures.
- Track document versions and revisions.
- Retrieve documents promptly upon request.
- Data Entry and Maintenance:
- Accurately input document data into our database systems.
- Maintain and update electronic files and databases.
- Gather and organize data for management reporting.
- Document Editing and Review:
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy, clarity, and formatting.
- Review documents for completeness and compliance with standards.
- Administrative Support:
- Compose correspondence, email, and other written communications.
- File, fax, scan, and distribute documents as needed.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned.
