Job Description
Air Distribution Products is seeking a Procurement Officer / Sourcing Specialist to manage product sourcing, conduct price negotiations, and coordinate with suppliers. Responsibilities include gathering product rates for HVAC equipment, firefighting products, plumbing materials, and more based on RFQs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain competitive pricing and evaluate suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and delivery schedules.
- Maintain supplier relationships and track market trends.
- Coordinate with sales for timely responses.
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience, negotiation skills, MS Excel proficiency.
Preferred Skills: Experience in HVAC or construction materials procurement.
