Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential suppliers and assess market trends.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and purchasing trends.
- Assist in evaluating and managing supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract negotiations.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve procurement efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, spending patterns, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Support the preparation of procurement documents, including RFPs, RFQs, and POs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
