Job Description
MHAA Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Procurement Assistant to become a valuable member of our procurement team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to gain insight into the supply chain and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders under supervision.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address procurement requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding order status and deliveries.
