Job Description
Ibex, for one of its global clients, is looking to hire a Procurement Associate. The ideal candidate will be able to work under high pressure and to tight deadlines reporting directly to the Sr Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Buy all necessary items to fulfill client orders on time
- Work with warehouse team to ensure order fulfillment and inventory management
- Identify and solve customer order problems
- Maintain minimum inventory levels as per client requirements
- Inform partners about delays and issues
- Assist in maintaining vendor relationships and orders
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Supply Chain Management
- 3+ years of experience in physical goods purchasing
- Experience in working with external vendors
- Comfortable with EST time zone (Evening/night shift)
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Google Suite
