Job Description
Ibex, for one of its global clients, is seeking a Procurement Associate to join the team. The ideal candidate will excel in high-pressure environments and tight deadlines, reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Procure necessary items for client orders and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with Warehouse team to manage orders and inventory
- Analyze and resolve customer order issues
- Maintain desired inventory levels
- Communicate delays and issues to stakeholders
- Ensure process adherence for platform accuracy
- Manage order data and client relationships
- Review performance, communicate needs, and escalate concerns
- Source new suppliers and update pricing information
- Identify process improvements and drive successful outcomes
- Analyze data for actionable insights and reporting
- Ensure accuracy of inventory and orders
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Supply Chain Management
- 3+ years experience in physical goods purchasing
- Vendor communication experience
- Comfortable with EST time zone
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Suite
