Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Purchase requisition receipt, review & verification.
- Floating RFQ to key suppliers.
- Market visit for competitive quotes.
- Online searching for better prices/quality.
- Vendor and item opening in SAP.
- Issuance of Purchase order.
- Follow-ups till receipt of required items.
- GRPO generation and submission of documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 Years of Working Experience in Procurement.
- Ability to analyze bills of material.
- Proficient in SAP and Advanced Excel.
- Packaging experience preferred.
