Job Description
What are we looking for:
The position entails ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement processes for fleet, pumps, and spare parts. The Procurement Executive will source, negotiate, and purchase high-quality products and services, working closely with suppliers and internal teams.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
What is expected of you:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage foreign stock procurement from RFQ to purchase order creation.
- Resolve PR queries promptly and oversee end-to-end contracts.
- Evaluate payment terms, quotations, lead times, and negotiate with suppliers.
Required: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in procurement, with a focus on fleet management, pumps, and spare parts.
