Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Executive in the garment industry, located in Lahore. The Procurement Executive will manage the end-to-end procurement process for our partner in the garment industry. They will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality material from multiple vendors while maintaining optimal inventory levels. The Procurement Executive will also negotiate with vendors, manage vendor contracts, and maintain a positive vendor relationship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably in the garment industry
- Experience with managing end-to-end procurement and supply chain process
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient with software tools such as ERP, MRP, and MS Office Suite
- Understanding of procurement laws, regulations, and ethical practices
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
