Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance for quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments for future supply needs.
- Prepare requisitions and purchase orders.
- Resolve supplier issues or grievances.
- Ensure accurate ledger reconciliation and financial records maintenance.
- Implement continuous improvement in sourcing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sourcing or procurement experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial record-keeping.
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
