Job Description

Key deliverables:

  • Responsible for the preparation of procurement procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of P2P cycle i.e. purchase to payment cycle.
  • Coordinate with vendors for RFP, receipt of quotations, bids or proposals, evaluation, negotiation of certain conditions of contracts in full compliance with organization policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data recording and processing in ERP.
  • Responsible for the compilation of monthly data related to procurement activities and its reporting.
  • Prepare monthly procurement plan and ensure its execution & reporting accordingly.
  • Responsible for admin store management and its reporting.
  • Carry out market analysis to get the best purchasing deals.
  • Ensure proper tracking of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, GR, Invoicing and payments, and update the database and report accordingly.
  • Perform market visits to explore new potential vendors and to perform pre-qualification evaluation of vendors related to construction/ IT / Food / Non-Food items/Services.
  • Responsible for follow-up with vendors for timely delivery of goods/services.
  • Responsible for close coordination with relevant departments for quality inspection of goods and services at the time of delivery/completion.
  • Responsible for the preparation of goods/services contracts.
  • Responsible for the preparation of procurement annual budget.
