- Develop efficient procurement strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments on procurement needs

- Analyze procurement data for cost savings
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in real estate procurement
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of procure to pay processes
- Strong MS-Office skills, negotiation talent, and interpersonal skills
