Job Description
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing Quotations from Suppliers.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Creating and processing and managing approvals of Purchase Requisition (PR) on ERP.
- Generating and processing Purchase Orders (PO) on ERP.
- Create and Process Notes for Record and Payment Documentation.
- Liaison with Accounts department for Payments.
- Liaison with Vendors for Payment Coordination.
- Archiving Payment Records.
Education & Qualification:
- Having B.Com degree from an institute recognized by HEC.
- Prior Experience in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Understanding of P2P Cycle and supply chain procedures.
- Time management and Team player.
Experience: 3 years of working experience in the field of procurement, administration, or supplier relationship.
Salary: 30-35K
