Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies and processes
- Collaborate with internal departments/HODs to identify & understand procurement needs
- Review Request for proposals (RFPs) / Procurement Requisitions
- Identify potential suppliers & vendors, conduct market research, and evaluate performance
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers
- Place purchase orders, expedite deliveries, manage inventory levels
- Analyze procurement data, ensure compliance, and improve processes
- Conduct supplier performance reviews
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Education: Bachelors Degree, preferably in related field
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in real estate sector
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of procure to pay processes and supplier management
- Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, flexibility
- Strong command on MS-Office
- Talent in Negotiation & Networking
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Presentable personality, transparent behavior, Team Player
