Job Description
Rockville Technologies is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our team. As a Product Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful development, launch, and maintenance of our products. This position requires a candidate with a strong organizational mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring the highest quality in product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product development projects.
- Ensure project timelines are met by planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate product documentation and generate regular reports on project status.
- Quality Assurance:
- Support quality assurance efforts, conduct product testing, and contribute to issue resolution.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and provide insights for product development.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and product documentation.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support on new product features to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of product development processes and quality assurance principles.
