Job Description
Glixen Technologies is seeking a motivated Product Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat; develop product knowledge; diagnose and escalate issues; maintain accurate records; communicate feedback to product teams; provide educational resources; collaborate with other departments; suggest process improvements; and ensure customer retention.
Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills.
