Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies, conducting market research, and managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. The Product Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of product initiatives. Developing new catalogs for tile designs, setting up mockups for display. Creating showroom designs to showcase products.

Qualifications:

• Robust background in product management and development.
• Proven experience in conducting market research, utilizing customer insights to drive informed product decisions.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Collaborative mindset, adept at communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge or experience in the tile manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field, with relevant experience in the industry.
• Note: While other qualifications are acceptable, preference will be given to candidates with a background in interior design or architecture, ensuring a strong alignment with the specific needs of our industry.
