Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Director to join our team. As a Product Director, you will be responsible for leading our product strategy and development, ensuring that our offerings meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the company’s goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and gather insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and launch
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and effective go-to-market strategies
- Evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings
- Monitor industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products

- Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans
