Job Description
JazzCash is seeking a highly skilled Product Expert QR & Card Acceptance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of JazzCash’s QR payment system and card acceptance services.
As a Product Expert, you will be required to provide technical support and training to merchants and customers on how to use JazzCash’s QR payment system and card acceptance services. You will also analyze and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, providing timely solutions and ensuring a seamless user experience.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical background and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Responsibilities:
- – Provide technical support and training for merchants and customers on JazzCash’s QR payment system and card acceptance services.
- – Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues related to QR payment and card acceptance.
